We hope you’ll join us for the
M50 Mystery #2, Island Hopping.
This mystery is a virtual event happening in our Mystery Five-0 Facebook Group in October and November, with the reveal in December. A mystery clue will be emailed to registered quilters each week in November. The reveal patterns (yes, there are two choices for setting your blocks) will be emailed in December. Instructional videos for each clue and the reveal patterns will be posted in our Facebook group.

Quilters can register to participate in Island Hopping by making a $50 purchase (in-store or online) or by paying the $50 Island Hopping Registration Fee. When you register by paying the fee, we’ll add $50 in store credit to your account that you can use on anything—fabric, notions, batting, classes, quilting services, or more!
This time, we’re shaking things up a bit: we’re not offering pre-made kits for this Mystery Quilt. Instead, we’ll soon share a video in our Facebook Group to help guide you in choosing fabrics from your own stash. Prefer us to create a custom kit just for you? No problem! Stop by the shop or email us at stpeters@thequiltedcow.com and we’ll be happy to help.
While the name Island Hopping might sound tropical, the quilt design itself is not Hawaiian-themed. Choose fabrics that speak to your own style—seasonal, holiday, modern, or classic—and you’re sure to end up with a quilt you love.

Between breathtaking views and fabric-filled fun, Lara finds herself drawn into a decade-old cold case—a puzzle entrusted to her by longtime friend and FBI Cold Case agent, Dexter Ambrose.
Armed with her trusty Featherweight machine, sharp intuition, and a knack for seeing patterns others miss, Lara balances quilting adventures with uncovering long-hidden truths.

The Starry Night Mini-Mystery is completely FREE for you to join.
It requires six (6) fat quarters. You can select from our carefully curated fat quarter bundles that will look great in Starry Night. Or, if you want to dig into your stash, we will have a video in the Facebook Group that will guide you direction on your fabric choices.
Both settings for Aloha (Aloha Spirit and Aloha Vibes) finish 56”x72” and feature 2-½” strips. Our carefully curated kits reveal ALL of the fabrics we’ve chosen for Aloha – no mystery here – you get EXACTLY what you see.
